MOBILITIES FOR EU is featured in the first edition of the CIVITAS in Motion report published by the CIVITAS Initiative, which highlights innovative approaches to co-creating sustainable urban mobility with cities and communities.
The report showcases the E-City Game demonstration implemented in Dresden, an interactive tool that helps citizens explore future mobility concepts such as energy districts, smart charging, and electrified and automated transport. Developed within the project’s Urban Transport Labs approach, the game was co-created with local stakeholders and adapted for public engagement.
By combining education and simulation, the E-City Game allows participants to visualise the impacts of innovative mobility solutions and better understand the connections between mobility, infrastructure, and energy systems. The activity has provided valuable insights to support Dresden’s transition toward climate-neutral urban mobility.
